Gxmrgarsgwb
Hey Guys Just a heads up I have been fighting with the support team for months now (which we all know is terrible) On the 19/12/2024 my account was logged out and when I went to log back in I cant as it asked for 2FA codes which I never set up At that time I had around $300 USDT in the account. I have just been able to get the 2FA removed and get back into my account today. Low and behold $0 in the account Now you can clearly see in the photos the deposit was 77 days ago and when I go to transactions there is nothing for the last 90 days. They have scammed my account and taken the funds. Watch out guys look at all the photos and you will see what I mean. BC game wallet matches TX id, no transactions in the last 90 days is proof that its was scammed!
Community Manager Mary_bcgame Posted Thursday at 06:27 AM Community Manager Share Posted Thursday at 06:27 AM Hey @Gxmrgarsgwb, We understand how frustrating this situation must be, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. However, account security is ultimately the responsibility of the user, and BC.GAME provides multiple security features, including 2FA, email verification, and phone verification, to help safeguard accounts. From what you've described, it seems your account may have been compromised due to weak security measures. Hackers often enable 2FA themselves once they gain access to prevent the original owner from reclaiming the account. This is why it’s crucial to set up and maintain proper security settings from the start. Regarding the support response time, account recovery and security verification require careful processing to ensure that only the rightful owner can regain access. This diligence is necessary to prevent unauthorized access and further losses. As for missing funds, if an account is compromised, BC.GAME cannot be held responsible for losses incurred due to unauthorized access. We highly recommend reviewing your security settings and enabling all available protective measures to prevent similar incidents in the future. If you need help securing your account moving forward, feel free to reach out to our team. Stay safe, and always be cautious of phishing attempts or too-good-to-be-true offers online.
